About Us
Tayside Aviation Limited was formed in 1968 by the previous Managing Director, Lovat Fraser, at Riverside Airstrip in Dundee (now Dundee Airport) with one aircraft, a Tipsy Nipper (this is how the restaurant at Fife got its name).
Tayside Aviation Limited currently operates 17 aircraft and one Alsim FNTP2 simulator at the company's two sites at Dundee and Fife. The company is the largest light aircraft training organisation in Scotland and operates a highly respected engineering facility at the Company's Dundee site.
