Tayside Aviation has a greater number of aircraft available for rental - 18 in total. We offer competitive prices which will enable you to take an aircraft away, for private hire, overnight or longer. Our fleet of diverse aircraft is also available for 'hours building'.

 Piper Warrior: Tayside Aviation owns 4 low wing 4-seater Piper Warrior aircraft which are primarily used for the rental market but are also used for upgraded gift voucher air experience flights. This popular aircraft is also used to deliver IMC training. The Piper Warrior is extremely popular for hire at very competitive prices. Evie 062

Piper Arrow: Tayside Aviation uses the PA28 Arrow for the CPL training. This is a 140 knot aircraft with retractable undercarriage and variable pitch propeller. The PA28 Arrow is also available at weekends for pilots wishing to convert into a more complex aircraft. Available for hire at competitive prices.
   
 BBTH 032  Cessna 172: The company has 2 high wing 4-seater Cessna 172 in the fleet, which are primarily being used for hire but are occasionally used for training. The Cessna 172 is well equiped with GPS, VOR, glideslope and DME equipment (variations may apply). These aircraft are available for hire at competitiv prices.
Grob 115D: Tayside Aviation have acquired 5 low wing, fully aerobatic, 2-seater Grob 115D. The Grob is a recognised training aircraft and is currently used by the RAF and Royal Navy for training future pilots. We are delighted to have purchased these aircraft as they will provide continuity of training for the 'cadets', many of whom will have used the Grob during their initial air experience flying with the ATC. The Grob is classed as a 'stick and bubble' and is therefore popular with the MOD. This name derives from the 'stick' which is used to direct and control the aircraft and the 'bubble' which is the canopy. Available for hire at competitive prices.  LEU-10-0809-Out-Unclass-043
 TA 49 Piper Seneca: This twin engine, six seater turbo charged aicraft is used to deliver the MEP and IR training. Available to hire at competitive prices.
