Fife Airport 
Fife Airport is situated to the west of Glenrothes and has been a general aviation airfield for over 40 years. It is the leisure and pleasure base of Tayside Aviation and has been an active flying school in the heart of Scotland for many years.

Dundee Airport
Tayside Aviation operates their flying school at Dundee Airport, which is where the majority of the ATC cadet training is carried out.

Air Traffic Control
Fife Airport is a PPR (Prior Permission Request) airfield and therefore are Air Traffic Control staff are on hand to take details of your expected time of arrival, type of aircraft and call sign.

Visiting Aircraft & Pilots
Fife Airport welcomes all visiting aircraft and their pilots.

Obtaining your licence
Tayside Aviation offers several different ways to pay for your training, either pay in full for the course, take a starter pack with continuation packs or pay as you fly.

Flying Club Membership
Fife Flying Club is based at Fife (Glenrothes) Airport. The staff at reception will be happy to help you complete your membership form.

Tayside Flying Club is based at Tayside Aviation Limited premises at Dundee Airport.

Aircraft Syndicates
Tayside Aviation welcomes aircraft owners whether they are single or group owners.

Female Pilots
There is a continual increase in the number of females that are commencing their flying courses.

Flying Instructors
Our Flying Instructors are committed to providing an excellent service and are happy to offer ground school when required as well as getting you up in the air.
