Our Flying Instructors based at Dundee Airport
Tayside Aviation's Commercial Training base at Dundee Airport has also seen a change in instructors over the last few months.
John Stewart has recently been appointed Head of Training and Chief Flying Instructor. John is an experience instructor who joins Tayside from Oxford Aviation Training. He will take the Commercial training at Tayside to the next level and all at Tayside Aviation, together with Tayside and Fife Flying Clubs are very excited to have the capability that John brings to the Company.
Marjan Bledowski has been employed by Tayside Aviation since October 1988. Marjan has during 2005 'clocked' up his 10,000 flying hour. He is the chief flying instructor (Cadets), with responsibility for the smooth running of our cadet scholarship programme. Marjan is also a examiner.
Barrie Lyall has been actively instructing at our base in Dundee for the last six months and has fitted into the team at Dundee well and is proving to be popular.
Steve Murphy and Euan Patrick commenced their employment with Tayside Aviation during the second half of 2007 and both stay locally.
Russell Wheatley, Chris Hammersley and Almudena Rivas Villanueva have recently left Tayside Aviation to join Loganair. Barry Holt and Paul Benbow have also left Tayside Aviation recently to join Scot-Airways, together with other instructors Dan Scott and Michael Gregorson who have also left to persue careers with the airlines.
