With our High Flyers Programme at Fife Airport, we can assist you in addressing and improving these elements simultaneously. It is with this in mind that we have created and established our Personnel Stretch programme, based on aviation. This is a team-based, problem solving challenge with specific goals and objectives.
Take control of aircraft!
Each team member has the opportunity to take control of a light aircraft, whilst team colleagues are solving problems, facilitating the achievement of the flight plan.
This is a unique opportunity to do something different with your staff, where confidence building, learning and interaction are all part of the fun.
