Julia Grant, our restaurant manager, has been employed by Tayside Aviation since May 2000. She has extensive experience in running a restaurant, and has the additional knowledge and understanding of running a kitchen, which gives her an insight into how to overcome challenges that can arise both in the kitchen and front of house.
Julia has been responsible, with the help of her team, for the continued growth of the restaurant business. Julia also is an invaluable member of the reception and administration team.
In the kitchen, our experience chefs who, without fail, consistently serve up the highly commended food for which the Tipsy Nipper is renowned. They are ably assisted by a team of highly competent staff.
Front of house, we have a large team of waitresses and waiters who are always willing to serve you and to make your visit to the restaurant one to remember.
Several of our front of house and kitchen staff are also first aid and fire-cover trained and they regularly practise their skills.
