5 Hour Starter Pack

This is a discounted package and is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

It is non-refundable and non transferable due to insurance arrangements. 

You will be provided with an airside identification pass, on your first visit please bring a passport sized photograph with you

You must wear your airside pass at all times, you can be refused entry to the airport if you do not bring it with you.

Distance selling

Under the Distance Selling Regulation, if you purchase your gift voucher over the internet or by telephone you are given 7 working days in which to cancel. If you wish to cancel you must inform us in writing, by email or letter, of your intentions within this period. If you have used your voucher to fly or reserve a flight within this time then the right to cancel will be lost. This right applies only to the buyer.
